Principal Designer
Certified Interior Designer #7244Kathy has spent the majority of her career working on residential projects with additional experience in commercial design work, including offices and restaurants. When working with her, she will bring perspectives from both industries to craft spaces for you.She enjoys solving problems in creative ways and holds a high standard for her designs, making sure that they fit both your lifestyle and your goals.Kathy grew up in Sacramento and earned her B.A. in Design at UC Davis.Outside of work, you can find her pursuing her other passions: decluttering and fitness. She believes the things in your home should bring value and joy to your life.
Ricardo Almanza
Principal DesignerRicardo has decades of experience designing homes throughout California including Davis, Bay Area, Sacramento, Stockton, and Carmel.He believes in design as a reflection of the end user not the designer. He enjoys transforming challenging layouts into inviting and functional spaces. With your needs and wishes in mind, Ricardo will transform your house into a beautiful, enjoyable and harmonious home.He grew up in small towns in Mexico and California, and didn't discover his passion for architectural design until college, where he received his B.A. in Environmental Design at UC Berkeley.When he's not busy helping his clients, you can find him enjoying his hobbies which include playing / coaching soccer or in his backyard working on his garden.
Space Planning & Finishes
Work closely with our designers to select the perfect materials, products, fixtures, cabinetry, and furnishings for your ideal home. You will be able to visualize your space with the conceptual floor plans, concepts, and 3D drawings we present to you.
Construction Documentation
Our team will guide you through the building permit process and coordinate with structural engineers to ensure your project meets code and regulations. We provide architectural drafting for obtaining building permits, construction, and ordering of building materials and products.
Project Administration
We manage all aspects of the project during construction, including coordination with contractors, fabricators, and vendors. We can also assist in the contractor bidding process.
